Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations

Because our pieces are handmade and produced in small quantities, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been shipped and successfully delivered.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us at info@florijewels.comwithin 30 days of delivery. 

Orders that have been correctly processed and delivered are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order and we begin processing orders immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully, including sizes, quantities, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

30-Day Warranty

Our necklaces and bracelets include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty applies only if the piece has one of the following issues:

  • The piece arrived broken.
  • A manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help. The replacement piece is free of charge; however, there is a $6.00 fee to ship the new item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

The Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper care.
  • Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.
  • Lost items.

Repairs & Replacements

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect or arrives broken, and your request is approved within the 30-day warranty period, the replacement piece is free of charge. The customer only covers a $6.00 fee to ship the new item.

If the issue is the result of an error on Flori Jewels' part, we will also cover that shipping cost.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because orders cannot be canceled once submitted, refunds are not available.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase, a repair, a replacement, or another solution we consider appropriate.
